Mark attended Massey University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science degree, majoring in Valuation and Farm Management.
Joining the ASB Rural Graduate programme, Mark became a Bank Manager specializing in Agricultural lending in 1999. In 2002 he moved with his family to South West Victoria, Australia where they purchased a underperforming, loss making dairy farm that they rejuvenated and then successfully converted the property which milked 350 cows.
During Mark’s time in Australia he joined the Commonwealth Bank of Australia as a Relationship Executive. This role saw him responsible for a variety of businesses ranging from large scale cropping and dairy operations to timber processers.
In 2005 Mark and his family returned to New Zealand where he re-joined the ASB New Plymouth Rural banking team.
Now with nearly 10 years in the rural and banking, industry both here and in Australia, Mark has significant experience on “both sides of the fence”. Mark is one of New Zealand’s leading Dairying Finance and Management specialists. He currently looks after an agricultural portfolio totalling over NZD$150 million (USD$126 million).
Gennady was born in Baku Azerbaijan Republic . He studied Livestock Technology at the Veliki Luky State Agricultural academy. During Gennady’s early working life he was employed as a Sales Manager selling equipment for poultry and pork farming. He then moved Managed sales equipment for large integrated projects including Greenhouses and Dairy farming.
With the global downturn also affecting Agriculture in Russian, and with farm profits being dramatically eroded, Gennady decided to look globally for solutions to help Russian investors and farmers become profitable again. His company WIT - Consulting have teamed up with AMG Pastoral to become their Russian partners in the of Russia.
Dmitry has an education in jurisprudence, economy, livestock technology. His knowledge has been transferred in practical experience; he spent 13 years in different departments of Sber Bank – the leading bank in Russian Federation.
In 2012 Dimitry left Sber Bank and joined the Wit Consulting team as commercial director. Dmitry’s responsibility is project management, marketing, strategic planning.
Born and raised in New Plymouth. Ben, his friends & family enjoy living and working on the Taranaki dairy plains. A central volcanic cone mountain surrounded by the Tasman Sea provides excellent entertainment. Winter sports include skiing & climbing, summertime surfing and great fishing.
Ben’s key roles within AMG include GPS/GIS services, CAD computer design & civil design.

On-going farming operations will use the latest farm management software technology. Farming inputs are stored, recorded and managed. Software provides detailed reports on production, cash flow, animal health and performance.
